PLEASE NOTE: DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll immediately receive access to your digital download.
Due to the nature of digital items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Exceptions apply only in the following cases:
– You accidentally purchased the same item more than once
– The design includes a trademarked phrase that prevents commercial use

In these situations, we’re happy to issue a refund, provide an exchange or a coupon code to be used in our online store. Just reach out to us with your request.

Digital Products – 14-day Right of Withdrawal

All products sold through this store are digital downloads delivered electronically.

By purchasing and downloading a digital product, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content. You acknowledge that the digital content is supplied immediately after payment and understand that, once access to the digital content has begun, your right of withdrawal may no longer apply in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection rules regarding digital content supplied electronically.

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds, returns, and exchanges are generally not available once the product has been delivered or accessed, except where required by applicable law.
