Downloading any of the free or paid Items on this website signifies your acceptance and agreement to the following Terms of Use.

In these Terms of Use, the term “Item” refers collectively to any digital product offered on this website, including but not limited to SVG files, DXF files, PNGs, PDFs, templates, downloadable artwork, and any other digital formats provided for personal or commercial use, as specified in the individual product’s license.

This is an End User License Agreement (EULA) between the end user (You) and Tetiana Batrak. Please read this Agreement carefully. By downloading any Item, you agree to the terms of the corresponding license according to your order.

Each Item is a non-physical, downloadable file delivered electronically upon purchase or free access, and is subject to the terms, conditions, and usage rights outlined in these Terms of Use.

• All Items are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. If you'd like to use our digital Items for your business, please make sure to purchase the correct license.

• Plan a Page products come with Personal Use License only.

• All licenses are not transferable and not refundable. It means that all our licenses grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our digital Items for the intended purpose. All copyrights remain with Tanya Batrak Designs.

🎨 PERSONAL USE LICENSE

This license is perfect for your own creative projects—whether you're crafting something special for yourself or making heartfelt gifts for friends and family. Items made under this license can’t be sold or used for business purposes. 

 

🔖 SINGLE-USE COMMERCIAL LICENSE

• This Item is an add-on license to any of our Items.
• This is a one-time payment license, and by purchasing this license you are adding up to 1000 unit end products.
• This license is valid PER single Item. 
• This license applies to one physical product type.

Each digital Item you purchase comes with its own individual license. If you buy or download one Item, the license only applies to that specific file. If you want to commercially use a different digital Item, even in a similar way, you need a separate license for that one too. 

For example: You bought an SVG and used it on cups. If you now want to also use that same SVG on t-shirts, then:

Yes, you would need to buy another single-use license, because the T-shirts are a different physical product type.

This license is perfect for 3D paper designs. 

WHAT IS ALLOWED with Single-Use License?

• You are permitted to sell finished, handcrafted physical goods that you personally create using the digital Items from this website. This includes things like greeting cards, gift boxes, and other tangible crafts.
• You may also use our digital Items to produce physical merchandise for your business, such as T-shirts, mugs, wooden signs, keychains, tumblers, and similar products.
  
• You can use the designs from this website as-is or combine them (without altering our original designs) with other elements (graphics/text).
• Single-Use License allows small business owners to use our digital Items for producing and selling physical products they personally make, fulfill, and ship!

Single-Use License DOES NOT permit POD and use for mass production such as fabric printing, surface pattern design, printed sticker sheets, printed temporary tattoos, or UV DTF decal manufacturing.

🛍️ EXTENDED COMMERCIAL LICENSE

• This Item is an add-on license to any of our digital Items. 
• This is a one-time payment license, and by purchasing this license you are adding up to 2000 unit end products.
• This license is valid PER single Item. 
• This license applies to any produced physical merchandise type.

This means that with this license you can use one bought or free download design to produce your apparel, drinkware, tote bags, accessories, etc.

WHAT IS ALLOWED with Extended Commercial License?

• You may use our digital Items to produce physical merchandise for your business, such as T-shirts, mugs, wooden signs, keychains, tumblers, and similar products.
  
• You can use the designs from this website as-is or combine them (without altering our original designs) with other elements (graphics/text).
• Extended Commercial License allows small business owners to use our digital Items for producing and selling physical products they personally make, fulfill, and ship!

Extended Commercial License DOES NOT permit POD and use for mass production such as fabric printing, surface pattern design, printed sticker sheets, printed temporary tattoos, or UV DTF decal manufacturing.

 

📦 POD COMMERCIAL LICENSE

The POD Commercial License gives you permission to work with third-party Print-on-Demand (POD) services and overrides the Licenses Restrictions listed under #7 section (see below).

• This Item is an add-on license to any of our digital Items. 
• This is a one-time payment license, and by purchasing this license you are adding up to 4000 unit end products.
• This license is valid PER single Item. 
• This license applies to any produced physical merchandise type.

What’s Allowed with POD Commercial License:

• You may use our digital Items to produce physical merchandise for your business, such as T-shirts, mugs, wooden signs, keychains, tumblers, and similar products.
  
• You can use the designs from this website as-is or combine them (without altering our original designs) with other elements (graphics/text) for fabric printing, printed sticker sheets, printed temporary tattoos, transfer sheets and UV DTF decal manufacturing.
• You can upload or send our licensed design as-is or combined (without altering our original designs) with other elements (graphics/text) to any POD provider or external manufacturer.
• The third-party provider may then create physical products (like printed t-shirts, mugs, tote bags, etc.) on behalf of your business.
• These finished products can either be:
• Shipped directly to your customers, or
• Shipped to you, for you to distribute.

Any third-party use must be exclusively for fulfilling your business orders—not for their own clients or customers.

 

🚫 Licenses Restrictions

WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED both with Personal and Commercial Licenses: 

1.     share, sale, sublicensing and licensing, donate, or divide any digital files from this website on social media, online stores, etc. All files are subject to copyright.

2.     sell any part of the design as a part of DIY kits - pre-cut kits for assembly by the customer. All items for sale must be completely assembled;

3.     creating and selling new seamless patterns, clipart, digital paper, or scrapbook materials using any of our digital Items;

4.     repackage and sell the digital files on their own or as part of a bundle;

5.     use designs to make metal die cuts, stencils, stamps, transfers, or any other similar tool to give or sell to any other person or party, so that the other person or party may create their own finished physical end products;

6.     modify any part of the digital files and imply or claim that you are the author of the modified artwork, use digital files to create new digital products or digital files;

7.     upload and sell digital files from this website to any print-on-demand website or service, including Merch by Amazon, Spoonflower, Redbubble, Etsy and others;

8.     use this website’s photographs, product mockups or images to promote your own business or products;

9.     use our digital Items as part of a logo, trademark, service mark, and tradename, etc.;

10.  use any Item, in whole or in part, in connection with materials or content that are defamatory, offensive, abusive, or intended to cause harm in any form.
