Q: What happens after I purchase a digital item?

A: As soon as your payment is approved, you'll automatically receive an email with your download link. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check your Spam folder.

Q: Can I resize a design?

A: Yes! You can resize the designs to fit your project. Just be sure to resize the entire design proportionally so all the pieces stay aligned. Keep in mind that making a design much smaller may reduce fine details, while making it much larger could create pieces that don't fit on your cutting mat.

Q: Where can I find the assembly instructions for the 3D paper project?

A: The link to the assembly instructions is included in the product description on the product page. 

Q: Can I cut SVG designs by hand with scissors or a craft knife?

A: SVG and DXF files are designed to be used with compatible cutting software, such as Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, Adobe Illustrator, or similar programs. While you can try cutting them by hand, they're created for electronic cutting machines, so hand-cutting may be difficult.

Q: Why do my SVG files look like HTML files?

A: Don't worry—your files are almost certainly correct!

Some computers display SVG files with an HTML or web browser icon because they associate SVG files with your internet browser. The files are still SVG files.

Instead of double-clicking the file, open your cutting software first (such as Cricut Design Space or Silhouette Studio) and import the SVG file from there.

Q: Can I sell products I make using your designs?

A: Yes! You can sell physical products made with my designs if you purchase the appropriate Commercial License.

However, you may not resell, share, copy, or redistribute the digital design files in any format, including SVG, PNG, DXF, PDF, AI, EPS, or any other digital or printable file.

Q: Can I modify the designs?

A: Yes, you can personalize your projects by adding your own text, graphics, or other design elements.

However, you may not alter the original artwork and then redistribute or resell it as your own digital design.

Q: I can't find my download email. What should I do?

A: First, check your Spam, Junk, Promotions, or Social folders. If it's still missing, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Q: I downloaded the wrong file or I'm having trouble opening it. Can you help?

A: Absolutely! If you're having any problems downloading, opening, or using your files, just send us a message. We'll do our best to help you as quickly as possible.
